Does client list matter?

We've seen over and over again, companies boasted their clientele list on their website (products or services companies). But the real story is, are those clients happy with their works?

One of Agile's methodologies is to deliver highest values to the client. But that again is only half the story. Features might be delivered to what client's want, but there are a lot of other software qualities beside just features (features are not qualities by the way)

And in order to satisfy the other qualities, we have to realize that as part of our deliverables or user stories (according to XP)
